The challenge
Greenlane Renewables knew that a strong security posture and streamlined work environment was critical for growth, but didn't have the in-house expertise needed to leverage Google Workspace's advanced capabilities and administrative controls. They also needed to build a centralized team directory, and enable productive meeting experiences for better collaboration between office and remote workers.
The solution
Rise Digital analyzed Greenlane's Google Workspace environment, making 89 recommendations to boost productivity, strengthen security and optimize user licensing. We imported rich user data so Greenlane could launch its company directory on Google Contacts, developed a framework for its Intranet on Google Sites, and deployed a Google Meet Hardware solution to improve office-remote collaboration.
The results
Today, Greenlane Renewables has a more secure Google Workspace environment, where they're better protected from spam, phishing, malware, data loss and other threats.
