Studiothink ran its business on Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive for years, but never embraced Google Workspace's potential as an integrated solution or implemented its advanced capabilities. As a result, mail got delivered to spam folders not inboxes, employees wasted valuable time juggling shared Zoom accounts, and Studiothink lacked control over file sharing, ownership and organization.
The solution
Rise Digital implemented Google Workspace security best practices to improve mail flow and protect users from online threats. We upgraded Studiothink from Business Starter to Business Standard edition so they could leverage Shared Drives to gain control over file access and ownership, and use advanced Google Meet and Chat functionality to eliminate the costs and inefficiencies of Zoom and Slack.
The results
Today, Studiothink enjoys fast, reliable and secure mail flow. With all the storage they need, they now use Shared Drives to collaborate with clients without worrying about file ownership or control. Users enjoy a fully-integrated workspace that lets them instantly organize video meetings, easily jump between meetings, notes, chats and Gmail, and view one another's work location and availability.
