Kootenay Conservation Program Achieves "Real Time" Remote Work
Rise Digital diagnosed the cause of Kootenay Conservation Program's mail flow and security issues, and implemented a solution using Gmail and Google Workspace to immediately make their email workflow more reliable, secure, and productive.
About Kootenay Conservation Program
The Kootenay Conservation Program (KCP) is a partnership of 80 organizations that work together to protect clean water, conserve important wildlife habitat, and steward the land to allow for healthy, functioning ecosystems in the East and West Kootenay region of beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
The challenge
Prior to working with Rise Digital, Kootenay Conservation Program suffered serious email issues that hindered their productivity. They experienced constant delays, deliverability and security issues, and didn't have the knowledge or capacity to resolve them internally. They contacted Rise Digital - a Google Workspace expert who could accurately diagnose the root cause, and implement a solution.
The solution
Rise Digital analyzed Kootenay Conservation Program's environment, identified the root cause of their challenges, and implemented a plan to transition them to Google Workspace. Users' email histories were migrated so they could pick up right where they left off, and Rise Digital delivered the Mastering Email with Gmail training workshop to help users streamline their new, integrated workflow.
The results
Since their transition to Google Workspace, Kootenay Conservation Program has enjoyed a streamlined workflow, with more reliable email, and zero security issues. They are finally working in 'real time' and their productivity has improved substantially. They've begun replacing disparate point solutions with integrated apps like Google Chat, Google Meet, Google Docs and Sheets.
