BenchMade Modern ran its business on Google Workspace for years - but used a third-party IMAP service, not Gmail, for email. Frustrated by frequent outages, poor deliverability and issues with spam, spoofing and malicious messages, they engaged Rise Digital to learn how Gmail could help them improve productivity and streamline workflows, while strengthening email reliability and security.
The solution
Rise Digital aligned BenchMade Modern’s Google Workspace environment with productivity and security best practices, set up Gmail services, and provided step-by-step change management resources to promote a smooth transition to Gmail. After go-live, Rise Digital delivered a Mastering Email with Gmail workshop to help end users strengthen their Gmail skills, drive adoption and return on investment.
The results
